The American Academy of Dermatology is a professional membership organization consisting of more than 20,000 members. It represents virtually all practicing dermatologists in the United States, as well as a growing number of international dermatologists. Its mission is to promote leadership in dermatology and excellence in patient care through education, research and advocacy.
