How do I leave a bequest to the Health in Aging Foundation?
You may wish to name the Health in Aging Foundation as a beneficiary of a percentage your estate, or name a specific dollar amount or a particular asset. If applicable, your estate is entitled to a tax deduction for the full value of your bequest. Your attorney will discuss with you all of your options and the best way to realize your goal of supporting the Health in Aging Foundation.

Planning for the Health in Aging Foundation Through Beneficiary Designations
Many estate assets may be transferred outside of your will. These include qualified bank and brokerage accounts, retirement plan assets, and the proceeds from life insurance policies.
